Åland Pride 2026
For a week, we’ll fill Åland with conversation, creativity, art, music, faith, a parade, and celebration. Come as you are—to join the parade, listen, do crafts, dance, learn something new, or just be part of it.
Åland Pride 2026 is themed “All Aboard” and offers a full week of conversations, culture, creativity, music, community, a parade, and celebrations. The program highlights topics such as life as an LGBTQI+ person in small communities, hate speech, faith, and belonging, but also includes exhibitions, a queer audio walk, open workshops, youth programs, a cultural evening, a rainbow hangout, and a rainbow fair.
The week culminates on Saturday, August 29, with the Pride Parade through Mariehamn, a town square festival featuring The Friends of Dorothy and Swedish pop star Mariette, and the after-party Pride After Dark at Kulturvillan.
