Metal Mayhem Mariehamn

Metal Mayhem is the opposite of the big, impersonal festivals. Here, everything is small-scale, welcoming and intimate. You’re close to the stage. Close to the bands. Close to each other. No long distances, no endless queues – just a compact festival area where everything flows smoothly, allowing you to focus on what really matters: the music and the atmosphere.

This is the fourth edition of Metal Mayhem, taking place in the indoor pavilion at Badhusparken, right by the harbour – with a bar, food and everything you need within easy walking distance.

THE VENUE – BADHUSPARKEN

Badhusparken is located by the main harbour and is Mariehamn’s most iconic concert venue. During Metal Mayhem, all bands perform inside the pavilion, creating an intense, club-like atmosphere where the audience is just a few metres from the stage. Bars, food, restrooms and beautiful harbour views are all gathered within a safe, compact and easy-to-navigate area. Between performances, visitors can enjoy the rest of the park, relax in the sun, and treat themselves to something cold to drink and something delicious to eat.
